Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone buy plants from this company? I have no idea how much plants cost. Are they reasonable? Is the quality good? Would I better off going to a store?

when mail-ordering gardening stuff i check out the rating first at Garden Watchdog.
For bulbs, I'm really happy with Brent and Becky's Bulbs, though this year I might try Old House Gardens. I've also ordered bulbs from Fedco and Bulbmeister.com.

OTOH, Gilbert & Sons don't have a 90+ rating, but I got their $5 peonies one year and they were beautiful and healthy (don't know how they're doing now as we've left that house).

I've used Michigan Bulb. I received everything I ordered when they said I would and their prices were great. The only thing is that you get tiny plants that will eventually mature. Nothing looks like it does in the catalog for a few years. That said, 2 years later, my butterfly bushes are beautiful and big, attracting MANY butterflies and hummingbirds.

Hope this helps,
Christine
