Can anyone direct me to a place I can find these in pdf to purchase, or even free online? I don't know if I'm not looking in the right places, but I just can't seem to find cards to go with the puzzles that I have. I really would like to find the parts of a turtle for a unit study we'll do with the book Theresa suggested Thirteen Moons on Turtle's Back.

There are lots of zoology & botany 3-part cards available as PDFs, but they probably won't match your puzzles exactly. What company are your puzzles from?

Yes, the closest cards, drawing-wise, to Alison's are the ones from Montessori Services. However, they don't show the pictures of the cards online. They are also only available in black & white, but are quite cheap ($1.35 per set). You'd have to buy two sets and color them in to match the puzzles.

Mine have all the same parts, although the drawings don't match the puzzles exactly (mine also come with definitions; definition booklets are available from Montessori Services for each set of nomenclature cards for an additional $3.95 per set):
