After seven months on the market with not so much as a nibble, we finally got an offer on our Virginia house in February. (If you were following the Welcome thread on the Hidden Treasure forum, then you know I am convinced this was due to the Blessed Mother's help)
The closing is set for Thursday the 15th, yippee!! I would love your prayers for everything to go smoothly, with no last minute surprises. It will be such a relief to have this behind us!
I am praying daily for all of you who are trying to sell a house...I know what a burden it can be.
