Please pray for my goddaughter Maggie's older sister, who's currently staying with her (military) uncle in Okinawa as a mother's helper. (The mother is in the USA helping her sister with a new baby.) The trouble is, Uncle isn't letting her leave the (on base) house, even though the two children are in school during the day. She can't even go to the base library.
This young lady is Catholic, responsible, great with kids (she has 7 younger sisters!) and totally lonely. No one is taking her anywhere to see Okinawa, and they won't let her use her own $$$ to take local, base-sponsored tours.
Please pray that I can help her family find some way she can connect with other Catholics (preferably homeschoolers) on Okinawa...Uncle and Aunt promised to take her to Mass each Sunday but so far, that hasn't happened. 
Please pray that Uncle will have a change of heart and let her go to Catholic youth events, at least!
Also, please pray that she'll have courage and stick it out, giving us all time to help her find some friends. It's a long way to go, from rural WV to Okinawa, and I am praying that this young lady will have the opportunity to learn, grow in knowledge and faith, AND help her extended family.
Thanks...her mom says thank you, too...it helps her to know that you're praying for her beloved daughter.
