My friend Lisa, a homeschooling mother of 5, recently delivered a little boy on Nov. 30th. His name is Jack and he is currently having kidney trouble. They are trying to determine if they need to start dialysis. Please pray that his kidneys will begin functioning soon!

As of about noon today:

"Baby Jack is in need of our prayers right now. His kidneys have not started functioning properly and they are approaching a critical time where the decision may be made to begin dialysis. He continues to produce urine, but the kidneys are not doing the filtering they need to do. As Lisa said, "We need to pray that the kidneys kick in and start doing their job right now!" Lisa is asking us to storm heaven, and especially ask the intercession of St. Nicholas, patron of children, whose feast day is tomorrow, and Padre Pio, to whom they have been praying all along. "
