We got an offer months ago and the inspections in August showed a few things that needed repair. One lone item remains. The well. There are some issues with it and I am so worried the people are going to walk-Just because it hasn't been an easy road. Dh is a wreck and going a little off the deep end. We are a two days drive from the house so unable to babysit workers. A few prayers for this to resolve quickly and this sale to go through soon would be immensely appreciated.
