Our house in town has been on the market since June. We finally had a contract signed on it at the beginning of the month. I found out today that the sale might fall through.

Please pray that the possible issue turns out to be no issue, and that all goes smoothly with the sale.

We found out Monday the buyers were unable to obtain their loan due to an unforeseen difficulty, so the sale has fallen through. Thank you for your prayers. Continued prayers that the right buyer will come along soon would be appreciated!

We closed on the house today! We ended up having to take a loss, but to be out from under the debt is a wonderful feeling!!!
