Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Dear friends, please pray that the doctors can pin-point why I'm still bleeding, and that I can recover swiftly whatever it is. I suspect and incomplete very early miscarriage. It has been 5 weeks since I started bleeding, and I have only had 6 days in that time frame without bleeding. I'm going to see a nurse-practitioner tomorrow, as that's all I can see since I have no doctor anymore, my favorite OB moved away just after our last baby was born. Anyway, just praying all goes well, and we can get me feeling better soon, as we are starting to build our house, have dd's Confirmation soon(and want to be able to focus on the significance of that event), the step-parent adoption, and just have so much to do with business, family, etc!

As always we treasure your prayers!

Our Lady, Help of Christians, please pray for us!

Mary, Seat of Wisdom, please pray for us!

I've been praying for you this morning, Pilgrim! In addition to seeing the nurse practitioner, please make sure you are taking vitamins to fight anemia from blood loss.

Pilgrim,

Something similar happened to me last year and now our little Jude is with us. My doctor assumed a miscarriage, too, but Jude is a fighter and a miracle! Take it easy and check if you're pregnant before taking any medications or doing any invasive tests/procedures. I'm sure glad I did.

God bless,
Christine

Thank you ladies for your prayers!

Yes, thank you Janette, I have taken some Floradix Iron and Herbs, and some Alfalfa, which reminds me I need to get some more today.

Thank you, also, Christine, what an awesome story! Our dd just bought me the most lovely statue of dear St. Jude last night at our churches shop, he is one of my favorites. I'll make sure they check like you said, before taking ay steps. I had already planned on doing so, but I'll make doubly sure now!

God Bless you all! We cherish your prayers!

I have found that as I have aged--in my 40s now my miscarriages are taking longer and producing much more blood loss. Defintely do an ultrasound and check for fetal heartones--if alive get on progesterone quick!

God Bless.

Thank you Dear Friends for your prayers! The Dr. appt. went well,I liked the nurse practitioner I went to see. They did do an ultrasound, and found nothing as far as baby, retained tissue, or even fibroids, etc. So the fact that there was nothing abnormal, was good. My blood count was ok, so that was good. She said she thinks I'm still bleeding due to br-feeding mixing with hormones at this stage after baby, mixed with unusually high stress levels right now. She said if it doesn't stop by next week, with rest and trying to de-stress AMAHP, we'll look further into things like possible thyroid issues.
