My mom is at the hospital with Rose and is asking for prayers.

The doctors and social workers intervened and she said that it is very intense. We are have been praying the novena to the Miraculous Infant of Prague.

Update 3/4

It has been an emotionally draining and exhausting day. The social worker at the hospital has been amazing. A small miracle worker advocating on Rose's behalf. There are many questions regarding the ability of the birth parents to provide care for Rose's fragile and intense medical conditions. Without sharing too many details, I am confident the hospital is doing everything they can and will call in proper authorities if they see a need. It's heartbreaking and I pray it doesn't come to that, but it's out of our hands now. The birth parents are again undecided, but it is being insisted that they come to hospital tomorrow to meet with Rose's team (and most likely us as we are a part of her team). There is no way the hospital will let Rose go with them now or in the near future without this first step happening. We will know if they have decided to attend the meeting or not in the morning. The birth father would like her with us, but the birth mother would like her with them (but from everything we know is unable to care for Rose). We are praying hard for the mom to have peace about this. We've offered an open adoption and the social worker is encouraging them to meet with us to talk about how this could work. We will see what tomorrow brings.
