It looks like I have the flu.  Andy is out of town, and I'm running a fever (a mild one right now) and coughing my lungs up. I'm about 32 weeks pregnant. My 2 year old has decided to take this opportunity to, well, act a lot like a two year old. I would *really* appreciate any prayers you could send my way!!!! My 16 year old came down with this last week and after about 3 days he started looking better. I'm on day 2, which was the worst for him... so hopefully I'll stick to the same pattern and Andy will make it home a little early!

Update 2/11
Just wanted to thank y'all for your prayers and beg a few more... I just got back from urgent care... looks like I have bronchitis now. So it's antibiotics and steroids for me. Everybody else is in varying stages of sick here, some with really high fevers and vomiting, and... my aunt died yesterday, suddenly, but after a long recovery from bowel surgery. Because everyone is sick, we can't get to her funeral. Along with the news about Pope Benedict, it feels a little like the world might be unraveling.

We had something eerily similar a few weeks ago, Angela! It wasn't the flu, but it was a really nasty virus nonetheless. Praying for you and the littlest!

I'm still praying, Angela. Being the sick mommy is just soooo hard. Give yourself lots of leeway, and keep up with the mucinex and inhaler...I wouldn't want you to develop into something worse like I had!

Oh, Angela! Total empathy here! I'm on my second round of Prednisone and after 3 rounds of antibiotics including IV, I'm seeing a respiratory specialist on Wednesday. I do hope you'll get better soon.
I'm praying for your aunt's repose.
The news today is hard to take.

So much hitting you at once! I will pray for you and all of your intentions!!! (And I am so sorry to hear of your aunt.  )
I wanted to add, when I was pg with #4 ds, I also got bronchitis. My ob told me to "never pass a faucet or drinking fountain, without taking a drink." It did help, although I then could never pass by a bathroom!
