Please send prayers for my 22yods, who just ruptured his achilles tendon. His team is playing 4 hours away, too, so he has the rest of the game to sit and then the bus ride home.
Right now, I am worrying about everything- surgery, what he will do about school, how he will handle recovery (when he had his labrum repaired, he was like a caged tiger,) just...everything. His name is Michael.

Update:

Surgery was on Friday, the 8th. His doc said the tendon was very shredded and the surgery took an extra 45 minutes. Mike is in much pain. His biggest concern, now, is how much school he will be missing. He is studying, as much as he can on pain meds, but he is missing all the lectures. Any prayers toward that end, school, would be greatly appreciated!
