I am around 10 weeks, and having a rough pregnancy....
From weeks 5 through 9, the nausea was really bad, now I am starting to feel better, but an emotional basket-case because I am so worried about miscarriage.... No real symptoms, so I don't feel like I should move up my OB appointment (it is 4 weeks from now, the office was really busy...) also, not wanting to do an unneeded ultrasound, which is really all they could do at this point anyways. (which still wouldn't change whatever outcome God has in mind)

Please pray that I can be at peace while I wait!
