He has a good job. Has been with the same company for almost 15 years. We are blessed. But right now, he hates it. So much stress and yuck. I have never seen him so unhappy and cranky.
He almost has an offer on a job. Small tiny company. Local. Less benefits, less pay, less security and stability. We both know money isn't everything but with college looming and some benefits lost-orthodontia and we are only 1/2 way through, it's hard to look at numbers vs "sanity"
Prayers for peace and help with the decision, please?

Thanks for your prayers. Please keep them coming the next week. We are seriously struggling with this. IT is NOT fun. Such a silly thing but if we take it it will mean huge changes as the salary is significantly less

Well, we took it. Prayers for my transitions and all the changes it will bring. God will provide. For my faith to stay strong. A lot of disappointment for me as I hoped our next job would move us- I don't really care for living here and we are near no family. Help me to settle in and be able to call this home.
