Just got the news that my father-in-law passed away a bit ago tonight. He had been in rapid decline this past week (though we only found out on Friday). Today they determined that he had probably had a small stroke last week. Because of the decline, we knew if would be coming but this was really fast.
Would appreciate your prayers for the repose of his soul - Jerome is his name.
If you could offer a prayer too for my youngest. He is having the hardest time. This is the third grandparent we have lost in less than 2 years. Every spring since 2010 we have lost someone - first my dad, then dh's mom last February, now his dad. It's been pretty rough - especially on him - a very sensitive one.
