Dh is under too much stress at work, management is making poor decisions and there is a high risk of the company closing this plant.
to start a new job means we're facing up to 50% pay cut.
Can you please pray that things get straightened out and management changes their ways? Or that another, equal opportunity presents itself?
I'm praying for guidance to trim to budget and pay off debts and prepare for emergency. I'm overwhelmed.

My husbands employer did some management shuffling, and dh seems to be a little more content with work. It seems a little more positive with his new supervisor. He is also getting a $200 fitness credit for joining ball hockey, which means the cost is $80 to us. I figured if they were on the downhill streak and closing, they wouldn't be offering benefits. He just had his employment anniversary, 11 years now, and he receives more company $ to purchase logo's attire, so again, if they were closing, would they be giving out these things? We also just received a $200 jacket for me(he had earned one a couple months ago). So I think we're ok.
I thank you for your prayers and support, and ask if you could continue? I'm trying to be positive with all of this, but when he does have a bad day, my anxiety is high. Stress isn't good.
