Could you please pray that our appraisal comes back where it needs to be in order to refinance our loan? And that we have peace. This has been a terrible experience almost from the start, 3 months ago. My dh sent a complaint email to the company and when the manager got the file in front of her, she was a amazed at what a mess everything was. She told him it would take her all evening and into the next day to sort it all out. And it did. Now, we got our new loan documents yesterday, and there are multiple mistakes in them, again. My poor dh is so frustrated and down. He just wants to do right by his family. To top it off, everyone's sick. Thanks in advance for your prayers. I don't always post, but I do pray for all your intentions every day.

Just popping on to say Thank you for all your prayers. Everything is finally done. It was rocky to the end. Documents were even missing at closing (that put them out of compliance with Federal Law - you'd think they'd make sure they didn't forget those.) The notary even had to come back 5 days later for yet another document. Very frustrating. Very unlike our bank as well. But, all is done. Even better, the appraisal came back way better than we had estimated! So, again, many thanks. Still praying for all your intentions during my internet fast.
