My husband is looking for a new job as he will be out of work at the end of the year. With the holidays coming up, and knowing how quickly time seems to fly between Thanksgiving and Christmas, it is hard not to be nervous that he hasn't found a new job yet. There have been some possibilities, but no job offers (and really, few interviews) so far.

My prayer is that God leads us in the direction He wishes for us to go at this crossroads in our life and that we have the courage and wisdom to follow, wherever He leads.

Thank you so much for your prayers. I really appreciate it.

He has two big meetings today, either of which could result in a job offer soon. There are pros and cons to each, so we're doing our very best to trust in God's guidance and rest in His comfort instead of stressing ourselves silly.

This process has been a great lesson in faith, that's for sure.

Well there you have it! He got a job offer today and accepted!

It is a good job, good pay, decent benefits, and although it will be a long commute, they offered to have him telecommute half time. We're all so excited and the timing is so wonderful - just in time for the holidays!
