Please pray today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday) for him as he goes through yet another round (I think it's his 51st) of semi-annual Navy fitness tests. He's lost many inches (thank you, Hungry Girl!) since this time last year, but he also twisted his knee running a trail at our local Army post on Saturday. Please pray that, if God wills it, his knee won't hurt on Wednesday during the aerobic/endurance part of the fitness test.

(And, if it does hurt, please pray that he will seek medical attention.)

Today went...okay. They measured him 1/2 inch shorter, which put him into a different weight and BMI category, but he is in standards. It was a shock, though, because at his real? former? younger? height, he'd have been well within standards. His knee is a bit sore still, but he is babying it and is all carbed up for tomorrow.

Thanks for the prayers! I'm sure they got him through the stresses of today's "shrinking"!
