this Thursday without John. We found a home to rent in TN near the Army Post and I am praying it is in a safe neighborhood. I have not seem the home, but from the pictures, maps and word of mouth, it should be in a good location. I've never moved without John's help. He won't see the house until his 2 week visit home ( R&R) in Sept. Please say a prayer for me that we will feel safe in his absence and settle in and meet good friends. I know this is one thing so important to my children, especially Kaleigh, 14yo. and Brett, 11yo.
I continue to keep you all in my daily prayers as you have kept my family in yours.

You are always close in my prayers!! I can only imagine how difficult this must have been (finding the new home) and will be (moving in and settling) without John's help and physical support.

I'm just right down the road from you now!! My folks live not far from where you're settling and we're there frequently. PM if I can help out in any way at all, but know that you have our support in prayer and all our love!

I'll ask Sarah (my 14 yo) to pray especially for your Kayleigh...and Mark (my almost 11 yo) to pray for Brett!

I am so touched by all of your prayers. Tonight is our first night in the house alone. My in laws left today after four straight days of completing honey -do lists. Two of the main things on my to do list was the ADT and the windows. They hung curtain rods and curtains. We have so much to do, but it is quickly feeling better and better. I know the kids will enjoy this home and the location.   John will get to see it in Sept, so hopefully I'll be settled by then!! Thank you again!
