I am getting my IUD taken out tomorrow. All I can say is that I feel an enormous sense of relief. However, my DH still isn't sure if he is open to having more children. I am planning on using NFP, if he will agree to that. Please send some prayers our way. We have a lot to discuss and a lot to pray about. Thanks to everyone for your support throughout this long process.

Thanks for all of your prayers. I got it taken out this morning. DH was pretty upset that I was actually going to do it, but I think he will be OK. He is talking about a vasectomy again (which was the reason I got the IUD in the first place) so please pray that he doesn't really want to do that. I never want to do anything permanent to either of us. This is such a difficult time for us since we have always been on the same page before. I know how sensitive this subject is and I don't want to get anything bad started on here, but I do want to thank all of you for your prayers. I truly believe that your support and prayers have gotten me to a place where I could take this step. I am just going to have to keep praying that if it is God's will for us to remain open to life in our marriage, that He will touch my DH's heart. My DH is such a wonderful, Godly husband. I know we will come through this all stronger than we were before! Thanks again for the prayers. God bless all of you!

So many wonderful and Godly husbands are being tested mightily. Sometimes this relentless onslaught makes me cry...or makes me angry...yet, I cannot deny that our men become stronger and more clear when given proper support through prayer, good information, other men, and more avenues that God provides. I am praying for your dh and all dhs who battle every day in a world that undermines and attacks...that they to do what is right.
