Thanks so much for all the prayers ladies!! The interview went very well and my husband loved the program and research they are doing over there, but he has decided to put plans for grad school on hold. The professor was honest with him about possible job opportunities ans basically the gist of it was there are very very few jobs right now in horticulture unless you want to work for a corporation like Monsanto. My husband could never morally see himself doing research for Monsanto and promoting GMO etc. He is into horticulture to specifically get away from that kind of gardening/farming/eating.

So please if you could keep him in your prayers as he feels totally at a dead end with the job he has. The money is not great either and so he just feels trapped a bit in terms of doing the things for his family that he would really like to be able to do.

My husband is going to have an interview today with a professor in the hopes of being accepted into a Masters program in Horticulture.

Prayers please that the interview goes well, that he is offered a sufficient stipend, and all the little loose ends can work themselves out!
