My DH is taking my daughter Meredith to the ER because she has what we guess is an ear infection, but has been screaming for over an hour (like the worst screaming you could imagine). She is in so much pain and it just doesn't seem right. I would appreciate any prayers you could offer. It is so hard to see our children suffering and be helpless to stop it.

Must be something in the air.... DS 5yo was crying and holding his ear before bed; hoping garlic mullien oil in the ear and sleep will take care of it......

Thanks so much for your prayers. My daughter was given some numbing medicine for her ears (she has bad infections in both) and was able to finally fall asleep. It is probably going to be a long night, but hopefully she will be feeling better soon. It is such a helpless feeling when your baby is just so miserable and there is nothing you can do. Vanessa, I hope that your baby isn't getting an ear infection too! I can't believe we have gone this long without ever having to deal with this (my husband and I both had so many as children). Thanks again for the prayers. They really helped!
