Our nephew and his family are in great need of prayer now and through the next few months. I would really appreciate it if you would be their prayer warriors!!!

St. Dymphna, pray for us!
St. John Bosco, pray for us!
St. Aloysius Gonzaga, pray for us!
Holy Family, pray for us!

Our nephew's issues require that he be removed from the home for rehabilitation (he attempted suicide, more as a cry for attention than an actual wish to end his life, he is 12 ). Though we do not know the exact diagnosis, it is more than the family structure is equipped to handle. A spot opened up at a facility within an hour of their home and he moved in yesterday to begin treatment.

Please pray them through the next few months while the family is separated. Pray that the family may return to the Church (in the midst of this crisis they went together as a family for the first time in years ). Pray for the marriage, that it may be strengthened and that they may seek help to develop the tools they will need to support one another and their son when he returns home. Pray the younger brother (9) may have the support he needs at school and home as he struggles to understand all that has happened. Pray for the older nephew that he may get the help he needs and not grow estranged from his family during the separation. Pray for dh, that the Holy Spirit may guide him as he gives support to his brother. Pray for dh and me as we struggle with how, and how much, to tell our children (they know their cousin is ill and needs extra help so we are not going to see him for a while, that's all we've really said).

Thank you so much for your prayerful support! We are hoping for miracles, for with God all things are possible!
