Please say a prayer for our family. My dh is deploying to Afghanistan in a month and we are packing up and moving in ( in two weeks!) temporarily with his parents while we wait for a house on post at our new duty assignment. I am asking for a smooth transition ( moving all 6 and a 100lb lab into their home (again.. I moved in last time but that was with only three kids and no dog)) And for John to have a hedge of protection while he is gone. I am thinking we may get on post housing by the end of summer. I Am also hoping school can continue on with minimal distractions. Thank you all for being there for me ( us) over all these years. I've been here reading the prayer requests even when I don't respond. I do feel I am coming out of my depression I've been in for over a year and hoping it doesn't return after he leaves. I am definitely sending prayers your way. I hope your DH has a very safe tour of duty and your move goes smoothly. As a person who just moved with three kids and my DH helping, I feel your pain. I wish I could help you unpack!

Been there done that. Why not this year take a sabbatical from school? Focus on healthy relationships for you, your husband, and your children? Whatever you need to do to keep you getting through this, and your children who will depend on you greatly, getting through this. School can wait, or be minimal, like an assortment of books and great discussions.
