SECOND UPDATE: Hubby is healing well, but having lots of fun making up stories when people ask him what the stitches (very prominent on his close-shaved head) are from. Best news of all...the margins are clear! This should represent 100% cured from this instance of melanoma! Wear your sunscreen, everyone! Thanks again for the prayers and encouragement.

UPDATE:    surgery went great, doctor was very pleased, dh is resting comfortably at home! He's trying to be a good patient, but he's rather self-sufficient and doesn't like to ask for help! (I'm sure NONE OF YOU have dh's like that...LOL) Thank you again for your prayers and comments!

All you wonderful prayer warriors, I'm calling on you again today! My DH was diagnosed with melanoma in situ (as I posted before) and we were directed to a wonderful plastic surgeon who will be removing the margins of the affected area on my hubby's scalp today. Please pray for sure hands, guided by God, and for no after-effects of the general anesthesia, and for quick, painless, complete healing.

Surgery is today at noon, AZ time.
