Kevin would like to ask all of us to pray at least one Hail Mary for his father who was rushed to the hospital Wednesday with heart trouble. He is 71.
Kevin learned last night that his father's heart is leaking blood into his body and that he is scheduled for surgery to his heart valves in two weeks.
He mostly hopes that we will storm Heaven for the conversion of both his parents. His mother is in denial that his father could die. His father has long believed that there is nothing after death; he hoped he'd die quickly and be "done with it" - just sprinkle the ashes in the wind....
Thanks from all of us. We pray for these things daily and have double/trebled our prayers now. We also pray for all on this forum daily.
Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, pray for us!
(They moved out of the house where we had hidden the green scapular and Miraculous Medal.)

It is so encouraging to see these notes.
A friend just emailed that that means that the surgery will be near Christmas. That is a most difficult time for these two to have such a giant trouble.
