We have been trying to settle my father's estate (RIP) 2 homes in Kansas for several years.

Please pray that they sell! They're neat old homes but the market is poor.

Praying, Mary. I know very much the harships of selling estates; my husband's side of the family has been trying to sell his grandfather's estate for nearly 5 years. Regrettably, they turned down an offer made (approximately 3 years ago), that they felt was just too low. And now, looking back (with today's current market), they regret that decision, and haven't had an offer since ...
