Please, when you have a second, would you mind offering an Ave for our oldest. She has had a very rough semester (not failing or anything, but very stessed)(probably tried to do too much her first semester graduate school (she misunderstood the number of hours she was required to take to keep her assistanceship and took too many hours, we think) and working 3 jobs to boot. The next few weeks will be intense to say the least (2 major papers in 2 weeks and one of these all her books needed to be ordered by intralibrary loan and they are still not in!!!!). From what I understand one of her professors has given a major assignment every week and the whole class is fighting limited library hours and their own job schedules. Oh and her computer went dead in the middle of all this - as did her metronome. I believe they are either replaced or working now.   She is stressing pretty badly, getting no sleep (really bad for her as without sufficient sleep her eyes simply overtire, have spasms and refuse to focus which doesn't help) and meals sound pretty eratic to me - another thing her body just doesn't deal well with. She is accompanying a flutist today for prehearings and really stressing. I know she didn't get to sleep yesterday before 1 AM. Plus her own lesson, and studio class to play a prepared piece is going to be iffy considering how little sleep and practice time she has had.

We pray that God will show her how He wants her to manage her time. I know she plans to do things a bit differently next semester if she can survive till then.

Had a similar issue with our eldest dd until she realised the study was her job, and she stopped working all the hours she didn't need to,
The last 12 months have been the least stressful of her her studying years.
