Dear Ladies , well we are yet going to see a place this saturday . It sounds perfect for us once again .1/2 hr from Mum , near the lake , 80acres , greenhouse, worhshop garage .
Ok trouble is it is all in good shape , which means price wise it is way over what we can afford or really should be looking at .
Honestly we can really only afford a run down shack or just land in this area . However this property is a family trying to sell as thier elderly grandparent has left it . so it has sat for close to a yr. I think unsold .
Depends on how long they wish to sit on it etc.
so prayers for much intercession & miracles big time .
if we get it we shall be on a very tight budget as we will own two homes then until spring when we place ours on the market.
This place would be great as we can move right in therefore not having to rent storage etc.
Oh I just want/ need this to be over for our family .
dh said someone out at the beach won the $11,000,000 lottery so maybe it was/is a close relative 
altough I think Mum would've called by now 
I am praying hard for all the families stuggling with this same issue right now !
I don't want to be greedy or selfish.I do want to trust where He wants us to be etc. I'm just drained & tired .

I am praying for you. We were in the same situation 9 years ago, and managed to buy this place for significantly less than it was listed for. God can do whatever he wants to do.
