Hi ladies, here I am asking more prayers without a lot of details. Just the usual stuff you might expect for someone with a (healthy) 5-day-old fourth child plus some other stuff specific to my life. Trying not to get too down about stuff as I get through it...

Thanks. I am feeling notably less anxious... you know how you have to talk yourself through each step sometimes to really see the likelihood of the negative outcomes you fear? And sometimes you have to imagine some of the things you fear actually happening to ask yourself, OK, what if that *does* happen? That's how I'm coping with my anxieties, in addition to the grace of God of course  So thank you again for your prayers.

I know exactly how you feel, Theresa! I am a worrier by nature and have to talk myself through many, many, many of my fears and concerns as a way of coping with the anxiety that comes with the unknowns and "what-if" scenarios that swirl about my head. Just last week my sister and I had a wonderful talk about having Faith versus Worry... and lead me to a better understanding for thy kingdom come, they will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
