A dear friend's baby was diagnosed with anencephaly.. that's a defect where the brain doesn't fully develop. It's usually fatal though occationally an infant will live from days to weeks with the condition.

She goes in tomorrow for a C-sec delivery.. since the original diagnosis they haven't been able to get a good look at her upper skull (above the eyebrows) with u/s so they aren't sure what they may be dealing with.

Best case of course is that God has answered their prayers that she be healed now.. though they're prepared that she may only be healed in heaven.

Any prayers you could spare for them and their other children and baby Faith tomorrow would be greatly appreciated.

*update* Faith was born and spent 28 beautiful hours being loved on by her family and then went to her join her heavenly Father.

Thank you ladies,

Little Faith was born this afternoon. They're expecting her to live up to about 2 days. Mom is doing well after the Csec. The family is hurting but loving on their little girl for as long as they have her.
