After seeing my midwife today we took the van into the mall parking lot where we ended up having a broken ball joint on the front passenger side of the super van. Interesting stop with a belly full of baby and a badly vibrating vehicle. Thanks be to God we weren't on the highway going faster. Those last 100 feet were rough!
We are trying so hard to pay off our bills and stay out of forclosure..this just isn't funny. Good thing I was able to control my over-active pregnancy hormones and not cry. So, I am hoping that if I do go into labor, I have a ride to the hospital as both of our cars are broken now. My brother keeps saying that I need to refuse the truck delivery of bad pennies. Just how many unexpected expenses could we possibly have in 3 months...it is astounding. I know God is at work...but I am just an innocent bystander scratching my head and wondering were we go from here... I tell you, if you don't fret about such things, they can be kinda funny (in a weird way) For Example:
You should have seen me hauling my 37week pregnant body up into the cab of this flat bed with vinyl seats and no seatbelts...i was being jostled all over the place. I was clinging onto my dh who was next to me and has a different center of gravity.
Please pray for us that we have the funds to take care of everything...LOL

Oh, dear.
First, I'm so glad you are safe!!! and uninjured!!! What a scary experience.
Second, I will be praying for you mightily (as I have been); I agree that the bad penny truck has already been by your place and you don't need another ounce of trouble.
Third, I will also pray for the kind person(s) who will be taking you to the hospital...whoever they may be.
Hang in there...sending prayers and cyberhugs your way...

Well, chances are I won't need a ride to the hospital as I still technically have just under 3 weeks to go...but I think it might be like the umbrella theory. If you have it, you don't need it kind of thing...LOL

Hey! you guys are good....really really good!
This is what was told us:
A car pulled into the garage...
"Is that the Tapp's van?"
"Yes..."
They were handed cash for the repair and left...anonymously....
Grace is home!
(the name of our van...dh named it thus because when people want to know why we got somewhere on-time we can honestly say "by the grace of God!"
Thank you all soo much for the prayers!!

And, by the grace of God, you will be able to get where you need to go...another reason for me to thank the Good Lord. (You sounded so confident...but I was 2 weeks early with my first, so I was worrying...)
