Please pray for my parents for wisdom in deciding whether my brother(and godson, and Conformation sponsoree  ) is ready to get a job, maturity wise, spiritual strength wise, etc. Thank you!

Looks like God took care of it for the time being, as the position did not yet open up, and the issue just kinda dropped.
