Looks like we *might* be getting an offer on our house in Fairbanks.
Can I ask you to please pray that it is a good, solid offer that we can accept? It would help us out tremendously to be out from under that financial obligation.
Plus, it would help us to move on. We are all so attached to that house that we need to sell it to move on emotionally.
Thank you, and as always I am praying for all of your intentions daily.

UPDATE:We got an offer, but it wasn't enough. We've countered with what we think is the minimum we can accept. Please pray they are able to accept it.

UPDATE#2: They accepted our counter!!! Now if the inspection goes well, we've got it sold! Yay!!! Thanks for the prayers, ladies!
