I don't know if you remember that I posted a few months back for a family that was going through some pretty horrible things, it was a string of misfortune.
Long story short their youngest baby son is still in the hospital since this April and he is dying he is bearly under a year. He has severe pnuemonia, and Ecoli in his lungs along with the Leukemia he was getting chemo, his immune system is just gone.
Please keep this precious little boy in your prayers along with the family. That our Lord give them the strength and peace only He can give to situations like this.
It has been a long and strenuous battle for this child. Only Divine Providence knows when, and why. I am just trying to gather prayers for all the above.
This is a Catholic homeschooling family that has gone through so much in such a short period... Please I implore your prayers.

Update 7/6/10
The battle is still not over, this little baby is fighting for his life, and the doctors are calling it quits. Mostly everyone around this family wants to take this child off the ventilator, his mother is just still hanging on to hope. He does show glimmers here and there, and so she presses on that he might be able to improve enough to continue. She doesn't feel like she has very much clarity today though.
They both have talked to a Priest and he was very kind and helpfull. Come what may they want to make sure that all was done that was possible.
This little boy also has Down's and so this fight has been just that extra hard.
Please keep praying for them.

With great sorrow and a heavy heart Baby Vincent passed away today. He was one day shy of turning 1 tomorrow.
Please keep his parents, siblings and extended family in your prayers.
The great consolation I have is that he is in heaven rejoicing and interceding for his family.
But the sorrow and the mourning for those left is great.

Chris is so right...this brave and loving family is facing so much after months and months of worry and suffering. I am praying for them.

I cannot thank you all enough.
We have so many prayer warriors praying for them, this is another place that I know that can storm heaven. He is still hanging on. His parents are waiting for what they feel is the inevitable. So we just wait and see, trusting fully in God.

Chris you said it beautifully thank you.
This family is so faithful and allowing God to take them where ever they all need to be. Even if it is the most saddest unimaginable place. I too have learned from their struggles and have been humbled tremendously.

Oh Claudia.
I haven't the words to express my sorrow for this family, their precious little baby, their worry, heartbreak, and complete sense of overwhelm and loss, as all have seemed to have given up on his precious life. Thinking of someone giving up on my child's life brings me to tears, and I'm only thinking of it, not living it.
I will continue to pray for all of them. All is not lost. Prayer is powerful.
