Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

In the same way that the adult has to put on their oxygen mask first, I am requesting prayers for my spiritual and emotional/mental well being so I can be a better wife and mother. I have been kept away from church for most of this month because of anxiety issues and am at the point of not wanting to go back because it feels so stressful and I am confused about how I can make up for the sin of not going to church for the month. I feel very lost and conflicted and just exhausted in my mind, spirit and heart. I feel like curling up at the side of the road and just giving up but obviously I can't because everyone is depending on me and I have to keep plodding on. Prayers for less self-pity and more peace and persistence would be gratefully recieved.

Lucy, always ask for prayers! This is the best group of prayer warriors I've ever been privileged to join. I'll be praying for you.

I'm praying, Lucy . You sound very tired, so I pray that you can get a lot of sleep. Next, I pray that you can eat some good food - some very healthy food and some comfort food. I also pray that you can find a support, someone who is detached enough from your situation to give you come good advice on how to bring about relief. I pray that you can find the way to Confession and that you can trust the sacrament completely to provide you with the grace you need at this difficult time. And I'll pray for all the intentions of your heart .

Love,

You are in our prayers, this is such a difficult cross to bear. But, our Good and Loving God is there for you waiting with His grace to heal you. Can you go to a different church? Maybe that would help. We made a change of parish, because of circumstances two years ago, which was difficult and somewhat painful at the time, but turned out to be a huge stress relief in the end. It is so much more pleasant and stress free going to Mass now!

I have felt the same way you are now, my heart knows the pain you suffer! I pray God will intervene in whatever is causing this turmiol and help you find a way out into the sunshiune again!

Praying, praying, praying!

Oh, Lucy!

I will pray that you feel the unspeakable and generous Mercy of Our Lord through His Sacraments, and that you in turn feel His peace, the peace which surpasses all understanding. Go to Him, dear Lucy. Just sit in His presence for a bit. Allow yourself some time to "be still and know." He will take care of all the rest.

I'm praying for you and with you!

O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in your Mercy hear and answer us.
