Please pray for my son's friend, Mark. Mark was one of my Webelos many years ago; he and my son went to the same Catholic school before we moved overseas and discovered homeschooling.
Last night my son learned that Mark is heading off to seminary in the fall (insert happy dancing banana icon!). Mark has already explored some of the other career options that interested him in the past and is sure they are not for him.
Mark's family is totally supportive of his departure to seminary, I am sure. Still, he'll need many prayer warriors on his side. I've known Mark for many years and he's a very sincere and devout person. He truly feels God's call.
Please join me in praying for Mark and for his family. Mark has eight years of study ahead of him before he can be ordained.

(And wow! One of my Scouts...headed to the seminary...I can't stop crying!)
