Your prayer request strikes a chord with me. My brother is being treated at St. Judes Children's Hospital. He is so humbled to see the children there in various stages of suffering, yet most with such a deep inner joy. It is heartbreaking and humbling and instructive all at once.

May these special souls be comforted by the Divine Physician and may Our Lady tenderly mother them and their families as they walk the Way of the Cross.

Yes I will Melinda, in the rare, rare times I've been in a hospital in children's wards, it strikes me deeply.    So much suffering in little ones and their families who love them so!

I will be spending the next 48 hours at one of those "care houses" and at least a day in pediatrics, including the PICU........I have been preparing my heart.....because I am always awed and humbled by what I see.
