Due to our family's circumstances it requires that we not be together on several instances..one being Holy Week and Easter. (Me being with the girls, my husband being with the boys.) Please pray for us. This type of situation is so new to us. The kids are fine but I am not! Pray that God will place His protective shield over our family, over our children, and especially over everyone's relationship with God.
I hold dear these years that we have been able to pray daily together and talk about the things of God together!
Thank you. I LOVE this forum and feel so blessed to have stumbled upon it a few years ago!

I still get surprised when our family faces separation...as if because I/we don't want it,it won't happen  . When we aren't together, esecially at special times like holidays, birthdays, etc., it especially stings and I feel the loss. Praying for you all and looking forward to a happy reunion  . (Thanks for being here, too, Marianne  .)

Praying for you !
We are in the midst of this as well, and I'm actually considering canceling a trip, to avoid our separation. I know my little girls will be devastated if I cancel this trip ... but going on it means not being with my husband for part of Holy Week and Easter. I'm stuck and don't know what to do. (sigh).
