Please pary for my Dear Mom (Servant2theking), she's on her way to the hospital with EXTREME pain in her left side of her back, below her shoulder blade. The pain is so bad that she can barely stand, and Vicodin isn't touching it!

Thank you for your prayers! Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom, please guide the doctors to know what is wrong and give her good care!

Mom got home @ 3 A.M. this morning. The doctor ran tests and said he thought it is some sort of infection that settled in from her cold/bronchitis. It's not pneumonia or a kidney stone which were 2 of our guesses. We are wondering if, as Molly said, it might actually be her shingles. She had a flare up not too long ago, and we wondered if it is attacking something inside. Hard to tell. We have a friend who had chicken pox TERRIBLE in his stomach, so maybe that's what is wrong. They put her on an antibiotic in case of infection and 2 pain meds, and it is helping some with the pain, but she will need continued prayers in the week to come as her body fights whatever is going on. And for wisdom to find out what's wrong if ity does resolve itself.
