Hi Ladies , well this appears to be our big week regarding purchasing the farm we have been eyeing . dh has been on ph. with mortgage broker , faxing docs etc. finding us the best rates etc.
We actually meet the realtor this week and may end up for a time owning both homes at the same time ! Thinking income tax refund may get us through 2-3 months of bills etc.
I'm praying much to ST.Joseph on this one and for dh as this would be so great for him . Also think all those homesteading mums You are great intercessors in this area so please please offer prayers up for us

This really seems / feels like it but trying not to be anxious , just a calm heart .
