This is a silly little request but I figured since I'm here, it won't hurt to ask.  I'm asking it mostly for my 8 yr old dd.
We have a Valentine Party today. The girls have made their boxes, signed their valentines, amidst much, much joy and ceremony. Today, Chelsea woke up with an upset stomach, sore throat, headache and fever. She is weepy and doesn't want to miss seeing her friends at the park and exchanging Valentines.
On top of it, I had to bring my son's truck to the shop this morning, come home and bake the valentine cookies I forgot to bake last night  , run to Starbucks for a coffee mug that my 15 yr old dd wanted for Valentine's (that I forgot to pick up yesterday ), AND I have to make sure I'm back home from the party by 2:30 to meet the man bringing in 4 truckloads of dirt, then I have to race to pick up my oldest from work and go check on his truck, and (if Chelsea is at all feeling better) race to CCD to at least talk with her teacher because they were going to rehearse today for their First Penance next Tuesday, AND then I have to race back to get the other two girls to dance.
Tuesdays are always crazy days but today is simply awful.
Having a sick child on top of things is nerve-wracking. At least my head feels pretty clear...for now.
Let me go throw another batch of cookies in the oven. Thanks for any little prayer offerings like "Help Cay not to go insane. Help Chelsea feel better." That kind of thing.

 Take a deep breath, Cay! Tell Chelsea we're sorry she's  and praying that she will feel up to  her party. I'm praying that God sends you some extra hands today!

Prayers for you, Cay! Also, prayers that Chelsea's feeling better soon! There's a nasty stomach virus going around our neighborhood. Praying that the rest of your family stays well, too!

It is almost three o'clock, I'm praying the dirt man got there on time and all went well! This is so funny to think of it - but my prayers are genuine!
And be careful getting your oldest from work!
Day is half way through! Hang in there!

Is it over yet? 
Well, almost...
I'm reading some of the prayer intentions and offering up my prayers. Thank you all for the prayers...they really did get me through the day. And Chelsea was good to go during the afternoon as the Motrin kicked in then...well, you know what happens at nightfall...
I'm simply too tired right now to even write...
