and I should say addiction to fb ! I did not realize how hard it would be for me to give this up ladies ! I cheated already today . only for maybe two minutes but that is no excuse ! I thought having done so well this past fall / winter I'd do fine this time around . I think it is the being feb and still stuck in the house another two months of winter that is just to much for me .
I know I'm on fb way to much , it distracts me . I need to find balance with it .
I'm sure for some this may seem petty compared to say alcoholism but we all have weaknesses and fb is mine !
so I'd really appreciate the prayer for strenngth and to find other ways to find and place myself that could be much more useful for self & family .

Roxie, Bless you, your efforts ... for I *know* you have the strength.
...for a while now, I contemplated giving up my FB time, but ultimately, I decided not to ~ not because I didn't think I could *do* it, but because I LOVE IT TOO MUCH and it makes me HAPPY  ; so I had a talk with myself, and we decided on some very rigid guidelines for FB useage. I know that we're on day #2, and already, I'm not living up to my own expectations.
But, take heart. This is only the beginning. Growth and change take time. Patience. And with God's Grace, we will succeed with ourselves, what we'd like to achieve, and the *place* we'd like to be, come our Easter celebration. 
 I'll be praying for your strength, and your Peace of Heart.

Praying...when we didn't have internet service for a week this past fall, I realized how much I loved to be on the internet blogging. That realization made me pull back! Praying for strength...praying for everyone during lent!

Praying. Turn the computer off. Plan lots of fun things today or some deep cleaning and the time will go by without you knowing it! If you can get through a couple of days like that, you will get through it.
Elizabeth just had a lovely post on her blog about how great a day she had when she stayed off the computer almost all day. It has inspired me in my resolution to stay off of 4Real, except for the prayer forum, of course!

 totally not working ! I decided I had to high expectations for myself. so I am still on fb . I realized He does not want me stressed out .
I have begun running and praying the rosary at the same time though ! so I guess I did find balance after all
