Ladies, I come to you today with an extremely heavy heart and I apologize if I am a burden with my prayer request. I believe in prayer. I believe in miracles. Therefore, I ask for your prayers for the following;
Several appointments lay ahead over the next two months whereby we are to meet doctors, specialists, surgeons and a transplant team so we're set when things become more emergent in the future. We are also awaiting the call for my husband to enter hospital again for 4-8 weeks to endure another yearly round of respiratory physiotherapy bootcamp, having to live there during that time period. I'm praying for more than 48 hours notice like last year right after we had moved here.
Due to all the emotions pouring out from the entire family, *everyone* is having greater difficulty than ever before grasping the meaning of "why" this is happening to their daddy/grandfather. Everyone (all our children, grandchildren and parents/extended family) seems to need an abundance of prayer about now, as we grip hold of the reality of everything towards this next step, but very especially please pray for my husband who is having trouble with the entire health care awaiting him as he chooses what he wants to do, or not. :(
I'm still trying to be ever cheerful, ever positive in nature, but I have to admit my cheerleading voice has become a bit raw for the most part. I am plumb emotionally worn out and pray for strength to get through the next few months.
Please keep us in your prayers.

I've been missing of you and thinking of you often, remembering your family in my prayers.
What a tremendous Cross this is, requiring so much fortitude, courage and trust. Know that you and your husband and family remain in my prayers!
Have you sought the refuge of a long shower and a good cry yet? Probably, but I thought I'd ask.
