I am really discouraged and questioning my ability to homeschool my 5th grade dd beyond this year. My lack of effort when I was in school is beginning to show as I try to teach her things that I do not know. I am sure that some of my frustration is rubbing off on her and she too is getting frustrated. Yes, I know I need to press on but I truly feel like I have hit a brick wall and I feel so lost in what to do. I feel like a new homeschooler and have no clue as to which way to turn.
Please pray that I would find the answers I need in how to proceed.

Praying for you Darlene. And know...that you are not alone! There are so many things that our children have learned that I never knew...not even with my private school and college education! I have so enjoyed learning along with the children and also delegating when I have to such as chemistry, ecomomics to video courses. Math...to Teaching Textbooks. And then really delving into the things that I feel comfortable with and know and enjoy!

Sending prayers (sorry if you weren't looking for advice..just trying to encourage you)
