Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

This is not an urgent prayer request or one of the utmost importance but, after a morning of surveying graduation announcements and diplomas, I am feeling a little overwhelmed and could use some friendly prayers.

I also need to pull together Corey's transcript. This is one area I want nicely, neatly, professionally in a file folder for him to bring to the college of his choice...should he decide. That will warrant more serious prayers.

Also, that Corey finish up his studies within the next couple months so we can close this chapter of our hs adventure. And, yes, it has been an adventure.

I humbly thank you all for your help, advice, and friendship in getting Corey (and I) where we are today. I found the CCM eloop group the autumn that we pulled Corey out of public school and began our hs journey. I honestly believe that our hs/learning experience was made more fruitful, exciting, rewarding, and less stressful because I had the support of so many wonderful CCM friends to turn to. It's been an exciting 9 years!!!

I don't know about Corey, but I have learned so much!

Thanks for the memories.

I cried when I read this, Cay! Time really is flying and I'm glad to have been able to hang with you for the past few years.

I will pray especially for your intentions every time I meet with my dd to plan for her high school years. Right now we're meeting daily .

Love,

Cay, saying friendly prayers for Corey's transcript to turn out well. Prayers that Corey discern college options. And prayers that Corey finish up his studies within the next couple months.

Perhaps the www.hslda.org can help with transcripts. I know they sell a very professional looking diploma anyways.

P.S. ditto on your gratitude for this group!

Cay,
Those of us with middle'uns to younguns probably don't realize how quickly this will sneak up on us!! Thanks for all you contribute. I, for another one, truly appreciate all that I learn from the "experts" here at 4 Real. Thanks Cay and everyone!
God bless,
Angela
