I'd asked for prayers a while back for discernment and doors to open or close according to God's will- I never updated but the door to the opportunity we would have had to make a decision on closed. I REALLY appreciate your prayers!!
Anyhow, I'm back asking for prayers for my dh. He is in a miserable position in his job- circumstances changed in his office 6-9 months ago and he's not the only one affected but I have never seen him so miserable with any job- or anything else for that matter. He's a very optimistic person and has a jovial spirit. When I spoke to him on the phone today and asked if there was anything he needed me to do today, he asked me to drive to church and light a candle for him. I haven't done this yet, but I am here asking for prayers.
I'm almost embarrassed to ask for prayers for something that in the light of real tragedy, seems trivial. We are blessed to have family, a house, food and employment.
Dh needs to hang in for another couple of months for insurance (I'm pregnant- due mid-January) but I'm worried about his health and well-being... he has developed high blood pressure that seem to relate directly to job issues.
I really appreciate any and all prayers on his behalf!!
