You may or may not remember that my dear friend Sherry was in a serious bike accident in August. While healing is coming along (she is finally back at work, now that back pain is diminished), she has two separate oral surgeries to face. She got discouraging news today about the timetable for this jaw reconstruction; she was hoping to hear it could be soon, as eating and talking are hard for her.

Please pray for Sherry's peace of mind and spiritual healing; she is down right now and could really use some prayer warrior help.

Update Nov. 8, 2010: Please pray. Over a year (and more surgeries) later, Sherry is still in a lot of pain, both physical and emotional (the latter due to the incredibly slow process of reconstructive surgery). Her husband is feeling very worn down by all of this, too. They both need prayer warrior assistance.

Update #2, Nov. 27: We heard from Sherry today via her son. She's found a new doctor who has prescribed a combination of med that is really working! Sherry says she feels like she has her life back. I'm so thankful!

Your prayers mean so much to me, and I know God listens when you pray. Please know that I remember your intentions, whether or not I mention that fact here.
