Dear Friends, I have come to you often in the past month or so for prayers. I thought I would update you on some of the situations:
My brother, David, who lost his wife, seems to be doing better. After several days in the hospital for seizures, he was released. I spoke to him shortly after that and he sounded a little better, and sober which was a big positive. His house was burglarized while he was in the hospital, and he thinks it was someone he knows.  He was moving to a new apartment this week because he couldn't afford to keep their house. He still is seriously in need of prayer, if you could remember him in your intentions.
My parents did get to go on their Rome vacation and are back home now. They had a lovely time but are thoroughly exhausted!
My son, Charlie, ran into a snag at his Marine Corp physical. Because he had been suspended once during high school, he needed to go through a psychiatric evaluation before he could enlist. Fortunately, he made it through the evaluation and will be able to enlist. Please continue to pray for him.
