I received an email today about HSLDA prayer needs, and wanted to share the information. Chris
Klicka seems to be in serious need of our prayer, as does Mike Farris' wife,
Vicki. Please hold them in your prayer. Chris Klicka's caring bridge website
is here.
From the email request:
~ Pray for the Klicka children who have just been told to come to the
hospital.
~ His blood pressure to go up
~ His temperature to go down
~ For his body to absorb oxygen or he won't last for another few minutes and
his children won't get to see him again on this side of Heaven
~ Mike Farris is flying home, at this moment, to join his wife Vicky, who is
hospitalized and has had a turn for the worse.
May the Lord's
healing hand be upon them.

I'm praying, Tracy. Thank you very much for letting us know. (I was privileged to be in Harrisburg PA several years ago to hear Mr. Klicka's arguments in favor of changing the home education laws there. I was impressed and can still see him in my mind's memory...)

Yikes, I'm praying for them both!
I had no idea there was any trouble. HSLDA is such a blessing for homeschoolers everywhere...
